We offer a free trial period for new customers to evaluate our platform:

  • 14-day free trial with full access to all features
  • No credit card required for trial signup
  • Trial period can be extended upon request for evaluation purposes
  • We encourage thorough testing during the trial before subscribing

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • First 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first paid subscription
  • Service Failure: If we fail to provide the core services for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: Full refund for any accidental duplicate charges

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days after the 7-day window
  • Data export is available for 90 days after cancellation
